Hi, I’m Kai — a 33-year-old still finding his way through life and the internet.

Gamer, music enjoyer, anime enthusiast, and occasional hobby coder, mostly working with JavaScript to solve problems no one else has.

Here you’ll find the various things I build, host, break, and fix — plus a few I just happen to be involved with (and still manage to break anyway).

Projects

The main project I’ve been building (and constantly iterating on) is my Spotify Playlist Manager which I have dubbed Splaylist.

Originally created to stop Spotify from showing me the same 30 tracks over and over again, it’s grown into a fully automated system that:

• Pulls songs from my Liked list
• Tracks how often each song gets played
• Ensures I hear everything I like — without burning out on any of it
• Prioritizes newer songs while keeping the older ones in rotation
• Filters out songs from my listen history and removes songs I’ve listened to
• Plus more
